High Quality Teachnig Chart

L’ESF de Courchevel 1550 takes care of ensuring total safety, quality of teaching and the pleasure of skiing. The school will respect the following points :

1) All of our instructors are qualified by the Ministry of Youth and Sport, and have priority access past the waiting lines at the ski lifts.

2) We limit the number of pupils in all ski and snowboard group lessons
The lessons are limited to 8 pupils for each group level. Children wear skiing bibs.

3) Improve the instructor-parent relationship
ESF Courchevel 1550 actively works on improving contact with parents by making the instructors of the childrens’ groups available for ten minutes before the end of lessons on Wednesday.

4) Keeping safety a permanent priority
ESF Courchevel 1550 will put everything in to assure the safe return of all children to their parents. In the event of a delay or an accident, all measures will be taken to inform the parents.

5) Internationalise the offered instruction
ESF de Courchevel 1550 is committed to offering instruction in French (for lessons starting in 1550) or in English (for lessons starting from 1850) at the time of the beginning of group lessons.
In addition, for private lessons, instruction can be provided in the following languages : French, English, Spanish, Russian, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Chinese…

6) To respect the timetable of provision
The instructors of ESF Courchevel 1550 promise to respect the timetables and to arrive 10 minutes before the arranged meeting time.

7) To promote and encourage beginning on the slopes and a skiing education from 3 years of age in a dedicated and secured area, the « Piou-Piou » Club. Access to the Maison des Enfants is available, with the possibility of welcoming all children in a heated area, equipped with toilets and a water drinking fountain.
