Sophie, a native of Courchevel 1850, grew up with skis on her feet, inspired by the passion of her father, a ski instructor and mountain guide. 

After five years of competition at the Courchevel Sports Club, she turned to off-piste skiing, a passion that has never left her. 

She then went on to successfully complete her training, earning her State Diploma in Alpine Skiing.

Today, she shares her passion with everyone, teaching alpine skiing and snowshoe trekking in French and English. 

Off the slopes, she is a practitioner of the Bertherat Method, which focuses on body awareness. And when she's not teaching, she enjoys hiking in the mountains with her friends, reading and playing the guitar.
